Our instructor was really welcoming and kind! I love that she greeted everyone and introduced herself to new faces (aka my friends and i)

Elise was fantastic. An amazing instructor who is clearly a master of her craft. I do a lot of yoga but had never used props and she made it seemless to work them into the flow.
