The instructor was great. It was a pretty fast flow and very challenging. Yet the instructor made it rewarding. There was no music and the place wasn't very hot. But the flow and the energy was perfect. It overcompensated so much that the Class truly deserves a 10/10
I loved the set up of the class, the instructor, and a 9 because there could've been a better description of the type of yoga class it is for people that may not know the Klamath*language
