Faith is one of my favorite instructors. She’s insightful, informative, and constructive—always open to giving and receiving feedback. She brings incredible energy to every class and creates a space where everyone feels free to show up at whatever level they’re at. I always leave her class feeling 100 times better. If she taught daily at that time, I wouldn’t miss a single session. I’m so grateful for her encouragement—she’s truly a valuable member of the team, and we’re lucky to have her as a teacher.

Great instructor/workout
I loved the class & love the instructor but she plays the music so loud that it can get hard to hear instructions. At the end, in fact, during cool down, I felt like I had to plug my ears, and so definitely couldn't hear her.
