I visit all 3 studios and enjoy the variety of the classes and the skill of the instructors. I always feel welcome and well cared for. each location is beautiful and clean.
The space was comforting but on the smaller side studio wise. There should be a cap on the class size. The instructor did a really good job but should have demonstrated each pose before asking us to do it. There were roughly 3 new students that class and it would be best to predict that we'd never heard of those poses before. So I was a little lost at times. The session was very rigorous and satisfying otherwise. Good music choice, friendly staff members, and good vibes all around.
