The studio space was beautiful, everyone was incredibly welcoming, and the class was both challenging and restorative!
It was a great experience and a very fun time! The instructors were very nice to be with and they were very happy to see us all enjoying our time together. Thank you for the opportunity to be part of this wonderful event.
It was a great class and the instructor was very involved throughout the whole class. She even gave relief with air from time to time 😄
