I felt safe, welcome and had a great work out and time. I also want to thank you for opening because I gained 7lbs. and wasn't working out on my own. I was becoming depressed and sedentary. I was walking at least 4 miles a day but that was not working many muscle groups.

The limited use of equipment due to COVID is a bummer but that's to be expected. Otherwise it's always a 10 for me.
