The class was really hard to do which is great but also really easy to understand. I was worried it would be difficult to follow along but it wasn't at all. Instructor was clear and helpful.

It's the best group work out you can find. SoCal Bootcamp is a family. Everyone knows one another, but because of what the staff provides for the customer. They make it relational and make you feel valued. They know you by name. And the instructors are educated in the field. I missed it, I'm glad I'm back!
