• The staff yesterday was fantastic. Patient with the "always a problem tracking/payment system" (my words) but determined to provide good customer service and figure it out. I have noticed a difference in the last few months of appropriate staffing, less wait time. I have been coming to Chill for varying services for years so this is not a limited experience/perception.
