Love this place. They have a great selection for your self care needs. They offer a sample package at an unbeatable price, giving you an opportunity to check out the service for a fraction of the price.

A couple of months ago I left my $200 ear buds at the Westfield location, well let me tell you it was a problem getting them back, the staff gave me the run around on weather or not the they were mailed out to me, which they said they would be. Finally got in touch with the owner Julie who at first was very helpful. Then she became rude AF and unprofessional. Not my fault you have an incompetent staff.

I recommend Chill Cryotherapy all the time! I've lost 40 pounds on semiglutide and mixing in their amazing ChillTite procedure has me loving my thinner face/neck!

Everyone here is friendly professional and accommodating when possible. It was easy to make and reschedule cryotherapy. Appreciate the warm welcome and detailed description of services for my son. Thank you!

We love it so much. The staff is amazing. There are so many treatments and we love to try them all. Recently they added an emsela chair that is a non-surgical treatment for urinary incontinence, it is a big problem for many women. I would recommend it to anyone because it is easy and fun

Honestly, if you are suffering from any pains, this if your place to go.
Most places that offer chill therapy can get pretty expensive but this place is CONSTANTLY having incredible deals which makes me want to come back more often. I think i just signed up for their emails on their website.

The staff is super friendly and welcoming and they know what they're doing! The place is kept clean and just the overall vibe is incredible.

This was my first time experiencing cryotherapy so I was a bit nervous at first walking in. The place was extremely bright and welcoming (which is ironic because I walked in during a rainy, cold day.) The guy (I wish I remembered his name...) was EXTREMELY warm, friendly, and helpful. He made me feel at ease with the entire experience. He was knowledgeable and walked me through the entire process from getting undressed properly, to walking into the cryotherapy machine, to distracting me while my body froze (lol), to checking in with my experience as I left Chill Cryo. I was extremely impressed with the entire experience and had I lived closer, I'd be coming at least once a week! (I live in California and was only in NJ for the week).

As far as the cryotherapy experience: Before walking in for my treatment, another man walked out and said "it's the worst 3 minutes of your life, but you feel great after!" He is absolutely correct! I thought I wasn't going to make the entire 3 minutes as my body shivered head to toe... but right as I had that thought, the employee tells me "ok halfway there!" and I was like "wow really!?" (aka it went by faster than I thought it was going). After the 3 minutes, my body was cold but felt warm by the robe I put on right away. I also got a cryofacial so I laid in my robe a few minutes after. Everything felt amazing! I wanted to get back in the cryotherapy machine right away. It felt too short (lol).

I have since tried going to a cryotherapy here in California, but nothing compares to my experience here. I HIGHLY recommend this place! The next time I'm in NJ, I am going to buy a package and use it up during my visit!

I suffer from spinal stenosis and an autoimmune disease. Chill is very bright and clean and the staff excellent. I had a couple sessions and then became too ill to finish. I'm doing a two week every day unlimited right now. Hoping for the same result with back pain as the owner. I can agree with people here that my sleep is definitely improved and with my health issues definitely a plus. I would highly recommend Chill.

The place is very bright and clean. There is parking in the back, if you go early there is street parking. I was checked in. I was explained of the process. The guy was very helpful and did a great job of distracting you so that the time could go quick. It was very quick but very helpful. I slept well that night. 3 min of cold, you actually feel the warm down as very therapeutic. I would go again but it's so pricey. In order for you to get a worthwhile deal is paying for the monthly packages.
