• A year ago I pulled something in my lower back and not knowing the severity of it I continued to ignore it. As time passed the pain increased and made it almost unbearable for me to withstand without doing something about it. I found out through x rays that I had a herniated disk. I started therapy immediately and felt good for some time and then the pain returned flow blown. I looked into cryo therapy and decided to give it a try. I have only gotten one session but what a difference it has made! Almost little to no pain in my lower back and left leg. I will be continuing with a set schedule if it could mean I will be out of pain so thank you!
