• Chill Cryotherapy staff is very friendly, knowledgable and personable. I had been skeptical but I gave the full body cryo session a try. • I started going to Chill two months ago during my lacrosse season. The staff was extremely welcoming and professional. Upon each return, they made me feel comfortable and relaxed. I swear by these guys, I even got my parents hooked. 10/10!

• We were skeptical at first, the staff was very inviting and explained everything. We did the 3 minute total body session. I would say right away there was no difference but later that evening my legs felt better. The next morning I was jogging with little to no pain/ fatigue. This has sped up my recovery and allows me to train harder. Thank you!
