• There was a miscommunication with an individual that answered the call after I called 3x! I felt strongly that I stated clearly what my expectations were and it did not play out the way I expected. Anyone I just wished the person that answered the phone would have responded back without me having to call three times only to find out it was wrong anyway the misinformation.
