Lauren is just awesome and I've been coming here for 6 years. My only issue was with the young lady at the desk. Lauren changed the type of appt I had since I could not sit through the entire 2 hours. I was no big deal and lowered my price hey nice surprise. Well the next day the young lady calls me and tells me after I already paid and left she needed to charge me an additional $50. To me that's tacky and unprofessional. I can't in my business call a customer and charge them more because of my error or whatever the reason. I paid it but it was poorly handled.
