Oh no 0Jul 18, 2016Previous reviewI would highly recommend going to Cherry Lash Lounge as I love how my eyelashes look on, and I receive many complements on them from my clients, who always think they look so real. I recommend Syretta, who does a wonderful job and takes her time placing each one on. Definitely wouldn't go anywhere else!

STOP scheduling people very early if you know your workers cannot even be there and offered $10 off after ruining peoples day!!!

I can't say everyone who has done my lashes in the past provides great work. However, today, Aubrey was able to provide one of best customer service and most importantly, she did a excellent job on my lashes.. Let me just add, the price is worth the service. Highly recommend this place.

Nov 13, 2024Previous reviewI love the vibe here, especially the staff, and my lash tech Ria did an amazing job! I always get a good nap in as well. Price is reasonable and worth it, the environment is extremely clean and relaxing! I highly recommend this place.

I don't trust anyone else when it comes to lashes but Cherry Lash. They use quality lashes that doesn't irritate my eyes and the techs are professional and does a great job! I've had the please booking with Aleyah and Yesenia and they are the best!

I used to get the classic but decided to try the makeup featherized set for more dramatic effect and Kim does an awesome job with my cat eye! She consistently gets better every time I go for my fill.

I went to her as an apprentice and the attention to detail she has, care, and desire to provide quality really shows through her work! Typically I would've taken my usual pause by now, however with back to back events/trips since April she's gotten me right every time and making me stay consistent!

I always have a great experience and nap of course! I worked with apprentice Barbie this time and she was very personable, kind, and did a great job. I had to come back the following day for a fill, more than likely the way I slept on my side that had a few lashes come off but she fixed me right up and filled back up both sides. Cheyenne was very sweet and made sure to take my request into complete consideration, hard to believe she was just an apprentice. I wanted a classic cat eye set for my birthday weekend and she delivered! Followed the reference picture i provided to a T, was very gentle throughout the process and I got my lash nap in. Will definitely be back!

I had a very nice technician that asked me many many questions about what I wanted. Long story short the very next day lashes from my right eye right corner were already falling out, I asked for spikes and barely got four I spent $230 and my set literally looks like whispers from the $.99 store. It was the worst $230 I've ever spent I will never return. I went on Amazon and found strips for nine dollars. They come 10 in a pack and are much more attractive.

Cherry LashAug 7, 2024Previous reviewI had a lash appointment for myself and my daughter. I went ahead and booked an appointment for an Artist for myself and an apprentice for my daughter. Got charged a $95 deposit for both our appointments which was ok. The day of the appointment I was about 15-20mins late. and I understood It would take time away from the appointment and was ok with it. The girl that help me was super nice and I liked her. Once we were done I saw my eyelashes and it looked like I didnt have anything on them then I see my daughters with beautiful full eyelashes. I didn't really pay attention when I had to pay and I paid over $120 again. A few mins later I remember I left a deposit called back and I guess there was an issue and they had to refund me part of my refund and I was still ok with it. Once I got home my sister told me my lashes didn't look like I had anything on and didnt have any lash on my inner right eye and my left eye had no lashes on the outer corner where it was suppose to start for my cat eye l. My sister has been there plenty of times with no issues and with an apprentice, she's always had good eyelashes but mine were very splotchy. I called back I asked if I was seen by the apprentice or the artist and I was told it was my daughter that saw the artist and I told her that I noticed that my daughters eyes were nice and had the same time as me. She told me there was nothing they can do since I was late. I get that I was late but they gave my appointment to my daughter and i had the same time amount of time as my daughter left. I'm just upset that I got over charged and have to wait to receive my deposit and they couldn't fix the missing lashes.

Both times o received lashes that were not even as long as my natural lashes and was told while I laid on the table what I wanted costs more . I will never return and never recommend this business
