The staff is very professional and always on point. They greet me using my name, almost every time I come in. I love how I get ample reminders of my upcoming appointments and how easy it is, to make and confirm my appointments. The Salon is always clean and smells nice and there's never a crowd of people in the waiting room with me. I'm offered water and the use of the restroom upon coming and going every time, as well. Maritza does my lashes. She is always on time, very professional, looks polished and represents the salon and their products, perfectly. She remembers details about things I've told her and is always kind and gentle. She is very meticulous with my lashes and does them beautifully every single time. If I have ever had issue with itching or wanted to try a different style of lashes she quickly adjusts and modifies the products to my needs. I get compliments on my lashes all of the time and I absolutely love them!!! I never hesitate to refer people to Cherry Lash and to Maritza.
