Because my tech was amazing, the front desk on arrival is amazing - but I always have to ask for the 100 points for making my next appointment before I leave (or I don't get them).

Atmosphere, professional, customer is always right, listens, if it's not right, you fix it. The price should be a little lower fir the apprentice work and the stylist should be able to guide by eye shape and understanding of what looks good. Because first timers should not be able to makes so many choices. This can cause them to lose confidence in the place if they do not like the results. Provide pictures for the clients to choose from and be able to deliver. Otherwise, yes I would.
