I love Maritza, she is very professional, friendly but not over talkative, and most of all, excellent at what she does! The recliners are the most comfortable ever. Everything is very clean and comfortable. A really nice relaxing atmosphere. The front desk is also super friendly and some of them even know my name when I walk in.
