Walking in, the establishment is spotlessly clean with a very welcoming staff. They were efficient in processing me as a new client. Kim was very professional and did a great job in providing comfort and clear direction of what to do and what was happening. She was also very kind and personable. Overall, I have nothing to complain about, as everyone I interacted with from the front to the back was wonderful.
