• I think scheduling by phone is super easy everybody is super professional and friendly. The couple masters that I have used were quick and efficient. I like that the place is so nice and clean. The lash product is high-quality. And that I can schedule on the website. Although I do not like how the new website looks as far as what each service is. Visually it's pretty but it's a pain in the butt to have to read each one to try and find master lash refill. and that I have to read everything to re-book this service everytime is not effiecent. I think if you are a regular and you can store your credit card information, which i am and i use only one girl and i do every 3 wks...you should be able to store the service you normally get and who you normally use so it would make for quicker scheduling
