• I appreciate that despite the fact that the lash artist I was scheduled to see called in sick, the salon was able to find someone to bring someone else in. The scheduler and lash artist were both very helpful.

• I had a great experience, although there is always room for improvement. I believe that if the different types of lash options are explained to a first timer it would make certain that the customer is getting exactly what they want. I wanted my lashes done... Which I got and Alley was amazing, but I did not know that bottom lashes are a whole separate service .... :( Other than that I Love Cherry Lash !
