• I absolutely LOVE my hair color. She did it perfect in a very timely manner and was also so sweet and fun to talk to! I was also floored that because it was myfirst time at the salon the owner actually welcomed and introduced me to her shop and gave me a sample of some nice lotion! That kind of kindness made me feellike I really mattered as a customer which has never happened to me at any other salon I've ever been to. You can tell there is a great culture in this businessmost likely because of high quality leaders at this salon like the owner who was so nice! I will be recommending to all of my friends who go to FSU. THANKS YOUCHELSEA SALON

• The woman at the desk greeted me immediately & was very kind. She even got me some water after seeing I was really warm due to the weather. While I waited I was looking at the facial products. Casey (sp?) saw this & offered me her expertise in explaining the products & giving me some education. Robbie was wonderful all around!!! Not only did I leave with a gorgeous new ‘do, but also a ton of new knowledge regarding my hair’s needs & a new haircare regimen! At no time was I pressured to buy any products- sometimes salons can be pushy & Robbie wasn’t. She did such a wonderful job educating me about my hair needs I asked her to suggest products for me! Overall one of THEE best experiences at a hair appointment! Thank you to everyone there!!

• Belinda is awesome!!! She is always professional, kind, friendly, and caring. She never run's late with her appointments. I only wish my scalp massage lasted 15 minutes, I would fall asleep lol. In other ways, the ladies who greet me always do so with a nice smile as do the ladies who see me out, it's a joyful experience. I have a standing appointment every two weeks as I like to keep a nice appearance and it's also a brief escape from reality. If anyone would ask, I would recommend them to Chelsea's.

• I love the ambiance of the salon, everyone is so pleasant and my stylist Sobia Ahmed is wonderful. Her dedication to educating me on my hair and ensuring that it remains healthy along with her personalization in delivering customer service is top notch! She remembers what we discussed at previous visits and we build upon those conversations as she's caring for my hair. • I have been in Tallahassee for two years. My visit to Chelsea was the most enjoyable yet. Had a cut and color. Beautiful color and best hair cut I have had in a while. Amber was very personable and professional. I enjoyed my visit from Ms. Sue as well. Would highly recommend this salon.

• The service was amazing and the fact that the owner came and introduced herself was so professional. My stylist Shannon really listened to my needs and did an amazing job for my very first visit. All the perks such as a hand massage while my hair processed were an added bonus.

• Don't usually make an appointment until I decide I need a haircut! Jeanie is always accommodating with an appointment that suits my needs. Everyone is always so friendly, place is clean, with enough room so that the salon doesn't feel crowded! Jeanie always listens to me and takes the time needed for my haircut, never makes me feel like she is rushing to finish. Front staff are always friendly and welcoming to everyone who comes in , greeting them and offering them something to drink. I love Chelsea ❤️
