• Im 41 yrs old & have always colored my own hair at home to save time & money. Coloring my hair has never been a choice but more of a necessity because I have had gray hair since my early 20's. However, I decided to spoil myself & get a balayage treatment done to my hair because I was due to graduate from college in 2 weeks. So I went to a salon & the hair stylist ruined my hair. The top of my head & roots were bright red & the rest of my hair was a different color all together. So the next day I wore a hat to work & still unsure of what to do next. But I was able to make a consultation appointment w/ Liz at Chelsea's. Liz had cut my hair once before & I loved her. When I arrived she reassured me that everything would be ok & she would fix it. And "fix it" she did! I walked out of there an hour &later feeling so much better about starting this new chapter of my life. Thank you Liz for being so kind & compassionate. You saved me & my hair & I will always be grateful!
