Amazing staff, and surroundings. My instructor Amanda is so intuitive with what I need in our sessions. She listens and understands how my body is showing up. Her knowledge and expertise is amazing and makes me feel more confident in my body and what it can do with it.

Best Pilates studio in West Yorkshire, all the teachers are properly trained and well equipped to deal with people who suffer from chronic medical issues like myself who has chronic back pain. Other studios I have been to without the experience of Chapel Allerton Pilates have made me worse for wear so won't go anywhere else now.
