Really good informative lesson, good facilities. Would have preferred more info on-waiting room upstairs, shoes off etc via email before arrival-but this is only a very small point

Dee took the time to explain the kit, the theory, the movements and how to stay safe. I was impressed by the fact she was constantly there watching, correcting. Checking people were not just safe but happy with what they were doing. A truly supportive lady. I also thought the studio was a pleasant room to work in😉

I thought Emma was an excellent teacher and the small classes meant she could make time to help and adjust when needed I was made welcome by the teacher and the other people on the class.

I am in my second year of coming to the studio and Clare Gardner is fabulous and every week there's something new to learn. She is a very attentive teacher and my body has certainly benefited from seeing her!
