• Enjoyed the entire experience. The massage therapist was very nice and knew what areas to focus on.

• the massage experience was amazing - from the foot wash to the 2 hour, intense bodywork massage, It was all incredible. The ambiance is not much to speak of, from the building, to the entry, & the check-in point, there is not much to look at. Once you "go back" you are finally in the "Experience". I think what really matters is the quality of the massage and cleanliness - Chaan is a 10 for both of these.
