Because Allison Heffern delivered to us an awesome yoga experience and should be recognized for her great skills, leadership and commitment to her yoga followers! If I lived in Collingwood, I would be a member at Cedar and Sage just to be a part of her classes.

Well designed, classy and clean facility with friendly staff. The Float rooms and unit were roomy and very well maintained. Gave me confidence that they were cared for and hygienic (very important as I imagine that is many people's biggest apprehension). The only reason I didn't give a 10 was that there was the odd time that exterior sounds and vibrations from adjacent activities could be faintly heard. Not a big deal as it was very close to being total sensory deprivation and I can say that I plan to be a regular in the Float Tank at Cedar + Sage :) Loved it!
