My experience at Casa Yoga has brought my body and mind strength, patience, and clarity. Going on a two year membership, I am the fittest I've ever been both physically and mentally. Fusion barre is my absolute favorite class Casa Yoga offers. However, all their classes are excellent. The instructors give good direction so that yogis of all levels are able to practice their flow.
The opportunity to have class at 7am gives a lot time to enjoy the rest of the morning, now my days are a little bit longer, besides the awesome class that we enjoyed.
