It is a good positive environment, staff member are welcoming, and classes are great because staff makes you feel comfortable and corrects you on the poses todo better.

I start off every week with Ethel's 9:30 CY class. It's like having a super injection of good vibes to start the week off. When I HAVE to miss, I fear my week just won't be the same!!! There's just something really really good about starting the week with Ethel's slow burn, definite sweat, peak your asana work out. ❤️❤️❤️
