i feel the good energy and vibes. it is a good place all around. all the instructors are amazing and guide us extremely well. it is the best place to get a good work out because of the amazing attitudes of all personnel

Clean Fresh very Professional Instructors. Its an overall emotional wellness and fitness combination. You can get as much as you want out of it and open to all levels of practice. When people say it's too expensive, I respond that its more of a beautique fitness center, rather than a huge gym with lots of options, but less personal approach unless yoy pay a trainer.
