Casa yoga represents peace, love harmony! The front desk staff and the amazing instructors make going there an entirely different experience. They’re happy to see you and recognize you. Everyone is genuinely interested in you and your life. Many instructors become friends and always have a smile on their face. There are no judgements or pressure, it’s learning and loving. Please don’t change and keep up the great work.
