Today's class with Susana allowed me the time to hold and adjust my poses. I'm seeking this particular type of class because it gives me the opportunity to improve my form and ultimately advance my practice.
I really enjoy the 5:50 am fusion flow. Both Cindy and Kim are fantastic instructors and it’s a beautiful way to start the day.
