I love Ana’s hot yoga flow classes! She’s very inspiring and always has an awesome music selection.
I chose a 10 because Tony, Aly, and Andy were extremely supportive in helping a beginner, like me. They created a friendly / fun environment and explained everything thoroughly and over again when we forgot how to start! They encouraged me to try the ones I even was very nervous about trying and I even surprised myself with what I was capable of doing. It was a fun class that I will recommend to other friends !
Great instruction; beautiful facility; class started a bit late and thus ended a bit late but otherwise perfect!
