I love hot yoga with susana in the mornings. Less people allows for more one one with instructor and she is great with constructive criticism for proper form.

The best instructors and friendly atmosphere always
I enjoyed the classes very much and have been to both the signature flow and restorative yoga. The teachers have been great, and challenging. I would add that in the most recent class, it would have been a little easier for me to follow along with some more "signposts" or demonstration from the teacher. There were three or four different options for a pose/position, but I wasn't sure what those options looked like. That's assuming I could progress beyond the basic one-ha ha.
