I love signature flow with Pauline. Pauline is a wonderful instructor and I always look forward to her class. We always get a great stretch and workout with her.

Andrea Beavers is an awesome instructor!! I love her classes! However it’s annoying to hear people talking while you’re trying to relax ... people should be considerate and take advantage to release the stress and socialize outside the building.
