The pleasant atmosphere and pleasant staff and appealing hatha yoga sequences have never failed in that I always come out of class feeling better than when I arrived!!
7:15 CY RIde Is amazing, wish it was 1 hour though.
Susana did good job of intro to basic yoga (she does good job in any class she teaches!).
