Great instructors, and great customer service. Every instructor challenges the team to reach new miles stones, gain flexibility and strength. Since joining casa yoga I watch what I eat as I feel empowered to live a healthier life style. I have performed all sports and activities but found my passion in yoga.

Casa yoga has always gone above and beyond to keep staff and members healthy. During this pandemic they make sure we keep our distance and everything is throughly clean and disinfected. This is my main priority and the reason I feel safe at casa yoga. Thank you for keeping us safe and sane.
For one they make me feel comfortable and I've been loving the classes its really helped my body especially my lower back. I feel energized every time I finish a class
