Casa Yoga is a mind, body and spiritual rejuvenation.
In the recent months I've seen casa yoga relax their cleaning procedures. Although COVID numbers are down, cleanliness should always be important. I've done to class several times and sweat is still there from the person before. I love casa yoga but safety is my first concern.
Staff is awesome and yall are very motivating
The staff is always friendly and helpful. The coaches are always motivating and welcoming to everyone. Great environment
