• Chloe Diaz went above and beyond to help me out of my horrible at-home black box-dye job. She was friendly, patient and committed a large portion of her day to help me. I chose the salon because of the convenient hours (none of the others were open on Sunday). I live out of town but will certainly be returning when I visit again. I may even postpone all hair appointments until I'm able to come back. PS - the studio manager (or temporary stand-in as he mentioned he was also an optometrist!) was also memorable for going above-and-beyond. I left my phone at the salon after a long stint reviving my color. He waited around after in case I realized it and came back immediately—I didn't (oops). He took time out of his Labor Day to come and unlock the studio and get my phone. Talk about customer service! I won't be forgetting Carolina Hair Studios anytime soon! :D
