Jo Ann and all the instructors put a lot of thought into their various classes. Each type of class has its purpose and everyone can find something they enjoy! Jo Ann always incorporates movement for different levels and interesting combinations to keep class new every time. I'm so thankful for Camp Yoga and what they provide for the community!
