I love Victoria! She is a great instructor. I can hear her instructions. For me, she offers just enough "tough love" and encourage to keep going! I don't mind being talked to loudly during a workout. She doesn't yell, she just has a strong voice. And she ALWAYS call me by my name which I love! I didn't even know that she knew who I was.

Kind of intimidating to show up to a class alone without knowing anyone, but everyone was so welcoming and made it an inviting relaxed environment. The workout was amazing & I have already told so many people about it!
