Because if someone is asking for a fitness recommendation I would need to gauge their fitness level and personality. The service you provide is a niche and though modifications are available, the workout is challenging and I would not recommend to someone who is a bigger and get disappointed easily. Otherwise, I loved the work out and the coach was knowledgeable, positive, and encouraging
