I have done many different workouts throughout the years, and was an athlete in my high school/college years. I have never done a workout that continues to still challenge my body, even when I “know” (haha, I don’t really know half the time:) what I’m doing. I never thought I’d get back into shape after having my kids, but now I’m in better shape than before kids and even when I was an athlete. The changes made to the studio are very positive and make it better. I tell all my friends about Lagree! The only reason why some have not tried, is I believe they are intimidated by it.
