My most recent waxing experience at buff was excellent. Very professional and minimal pain. BUT after having this amazing waxing experience I realized how bad my previous waxing experiences were in comparison at buff (I was new to waxing when i first came to buff) It was extremely painful & not only was my hair getting pulled out but my skin was getting pulled as well. I noticed that the two techs used different wax in the intimate areas, I'm assuming this had something to do with the pain difference. I still plan on returning to buff but I will refuse service if I end up getting the tech I got the first couple times around, due to how painful my waxing experiences were.
Welcoming, fun, relaxing environment especially for a new customer. Great service on top of that! Will be back soon.
