Olivia was excellent and the results were also great. My only complaint is I found it weird how apparently buff doesn't want the waxers to press on the area after ripping the wax off. It's what I'm used to and makes it much less painful; so it is odd they are advised against this and odd I didn't get a better explanation as to why.
