• The receptionist (I don't remember her exact title but I know it's more than a receptionist) Bianca was so helpful. She ensured I got the best deal possible and called me when a spot was available as a result of a cancellation. My massage therapist was very friendly, sought feedback and was receptive to it. It was a really good experience. You get a free massage on your bday too, how cool is that?!
