• I have been attending PT there since October of 24 and each and every time I have come into the gym I have been pleasantly greeted by whomever is at the desk, I find that to be important. The overall gym and the restrooms are impeccably clean. I have never seen anything out of place.

• It was a great introductory session with Amilcar. He created a workout that specifically addressed my health and fitness goals, and a diet plan to provide what I would need for the work I have ahead of me. I would recommend these sessions to other people AND i will definitely have more myself!
