• I love the classes I take. Instructors are great, and staff are friendly and nice. The one thing is, and I'm sure you have heard this before, is the hand weights are a mess. There are not enough of certain sizes, and half of them are old and falling apart. It would be very nice if you could order new weights for the room where the classes are held.

• Love my Monday and Wed night classes with Kerri and Lara. They are great instructors and I would recommend any friend or family member to try it. The gym itself is also very clean.
