Convenience is great, the yogi's are friendly and helpful, and they are always concerned about how the students are. The yogi's will sometimes tailor the class depending on how people feel that day. It makes you feel that you are getting individual instruction.
Great mix of classes and lots of my preference (which is gentle/relaxation), nice variety of time and date choices, very good and welcoming instructors and friendly welcoming helpful owner

Rochelle's classes are truly above and beyond most yoga classes. Given she is a certified yoga therapist, her classes are unique compared to most classes. She is a rare find in the greater KC area with her expertise. I have been looking for a yoga class like this for several years in the KC area. So fortunate to have found this studio and teacher.
