I love attending classes at this studio. The atmosphere is welcoming and I can relax and feel safe.
I really enjoyed Rochelle, she took her time with me and afterwards we talked about how I could relieve some of my back pain, studio was calm and peaceful, liked the energy
The classes were at my desired experience level. It was my first warm class, which was a lot of fun. Both instructors did a great job cuing and working with the class. It was also my first energy class and not knowing what to expect I was pleasantly surprised.
