A class from Rochelle is the highlight of my day. She is a superb teacher and I always feel better after her class, despite the physical limitations of my disease.
Rochelle is a great teacher, and very different than any other yoga teacher I've had. Her therapeutic training gives her knowledge most don't have.
Great instructor, location. But class was Crowded!!
